We are pleased to announce the details of our new partnership with SouthSide distillery, Social Still!

They have created a special, limited edition straight bourbon whiskey with a special Bethlehem Food Co-Op label. Each bottle is $50 (plus tax), and Social Still is donating $10 from each purchase back to the co-op.

Here’s what the distiller says: “Social Still has hand selected the perfect barrel to represent the Bethlehem Food Co-Op. Made from a mash bill of Pennsylvania corn and rye sourced in Halifax County and malted barley sourced in Bucks County. This straight bourbon is aged over 2 years in new American oak in the basement of our Bethlehem distillery. This is a limited release of just over 100 bottles. Be a part of Bethlehem history as we celebrate our community with this amazing collaboration.”

Tasting Notes: Nutty with a delicate sweet undertone. Notes of caramel and toasted oak finish this true Pennsylvania Bourbon. 84 proof.

With thanks to Board member Tony Marinho for the label design, Derek Wallen, owner of Lehigh Valley Printing for donating the labels, and the folks at Social Still.
