We’re pleased to have these four candidates running for three open seats on our Board of Directors. Incumbent Board members Domenic Breininger, Cindy Glick and Tony Marinho are running for re-election, and they are joined on the ballot by first-time candidate Carol Burns.
Please click on ‘Get to Know Your Candidates’ to learn more about each of them. You can watch a video and listen in as they get interviewed by Election Chair Todd Mertz. Read their answers to the questions we asked on our board candidate application, and check out their resume if they submitted one.

Important Election and Voting Information for our Members
The second of seven Cooperative Principles is ‘Democratic Member Control’. Our annual process of electing board members for three-year-term open seats commences on Friday, September 1. This is when each primary household member (and the designated representative from each organizational member) in good standing will have an important job of voting to fill the vacancies. Be sure to watch for your ballot and then we ask you to fulfill your duty of voting for three of the four candidates running this year.
Voting will remain open until we meet at the Wilbur Mansion in Bethlehem for our Annual Meeting on Monday, October 2. Virtual voting will close at 7:00PM EST that evening. Results will be announced as the last item on the agenda.
In addition to members receiving their ballots through email on September 1, two additional voting reminders will be sent during September. Our intent is to give everyone eligible for voting the opportunity to cast their vote. Our goal is to ensure that the election results represent as many of our members as possible.
