We’ve received an update from Peron Development, the developer responsible for the construction of the building the co-op will call home.
Due to national supply chain delays, we need to shift our projected grand opening date to early 2024.
There is specific switch gear that is critical for controlling and routing the power supply to the entire building, and its delivery is impacted by a supply shortage by the manufacturer. We can’t turn on the lights and equipment for the co-op without this specific gear, so we wanted to share with our community the delay that we are currently anticipating in our grand opening plans.
We are working hard to ensure our store can open as smoothly and quickly as possible, but we understand there are many aspects of construction outside of everyone’s control.
