We aren’t able to gather as in years past for our popular Gingerbread House Making event, but we can still celebrate #NationalGingerbreadHouseDay with a modified version!
Those who have pre-ordered kits can pick them up at our contact-less pick up location on Saturday, Dec. 12 from 10 a.m.-noon.
We’ll be at First Presbyterian Church of Bethlehem, 2344 Center Street – just enter the main drive on Center Street and you’ll see us (outside) at the top of the drive. Roll down your passenger window and give us your name; we’ll put your kit in the car. Take it home – make your creation – and then post your photos on our Facebook page, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag, “#BFCgingerbread”. You can also email to us at info@bethlehemfood.coop and we’ll post it for you. We’ll get to enjoy seeing everyone’s artistry!

- enough pre-cut graham cracker pieces to build one house, with two extras for mistakes
- instructions on cutting the graham crackers
- cake board for a base
- pre-filled pastry bag with icing
