This month the EDGE Restaurant is partnering with the Bethlehem Food Co-Op to support the important work that we do – we are the benefactors of their monthly “Curbside” fund raising initiative.

Order a meal for four by Saturday, April 22; the cost is $60 with $30 being donated to the co-op. Enjoy hand-breaded Chicken Parmesan with house made marinara sauce, capellini pasta with toasted garlic bread, and an arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette, marinated red onions, cherry tomatoes, and shaved parmigiano reggiano.

1. Ask your board, volunteers, staff, friends and family to call the EDGE Restaurant at 610-814-0100.
2. Tell them you are ordering Curbside for the Bethlehem Food Co-Op.
3. Choose your date and time for food pickup: Monday, April 24-Wednesday April 26 between 4:00-6:00 p.m.
4. Give a credit card over the phone to hold your curbside reservation.
5. When you arrive, pull curbside by EDGE Restaurant at 74 W. Broad St., Bethlehem and call 610-814-0100 to tell them that you have arrived.
6. The EDGE staff will charge your credit card, and deliver your food and credit card statement to you. You never have to leave your car!
