Construction Updates:
- Boyle’s construction crew reports that they will start exterior framing and exterior siding this week.
- They’ve also completed the duct bank, and will start to install drywall on the 3rd and 4th floors next week.
Store Design Updates:
- With a couple of minor items that we are waiting to hear back on, the first phase of equipment specification is complete! The next phase of this process will be obtaining quotes from suppliers to help the co-op determine which vendor to purchase from.
- Our interior décor team is now working on the next phase of interior design to determine the “look and feel” of the store. This will include paint color, equipment finishes, custom millwork pieces, and more! We hope to have an update for members on this process by end of May.
GM Hiring:
We recently announced the hiring of our 
first-ever General Manager, Eric Shamis (pronounced SHAM-iss) – he begins his position next Monday, May 1.
Many of you met him at our event last week at the Wilbur Mansion; he also plans to attend our social on Wednesday, May 17 (details below).
