Sweet potato flat bread recipe

This recipe was made at the June Community Dinner with Westside Moravian Church. It is simple to make and healthy too. 

Sweet Potato Flat Bread


- 1 c. Mashed sweet potato - 1 c. Flour

- 1/4 tsp. Salt

Work all three ingredients into a soft dough that leaves the side of the bowl. Allow to rest 10 minutes. Divide into 6 or 8 pieces. Roll fairly thin about 1/8 inch using additional flour as necessary. Bake in dry skillet or open grill until there are small brown spots on each side. Brush edges with butter serve immediately!
