In the true spirit of Cooperative Principle #6 (Cooperation Among Cooperatives), the Bethlehem Food Co-Op and The Energy Co-Op have teamed up to help grow cooperative enterprise in our region. The Energy Co-op was established in 1979 as a heating oil buying group and has since grown to offer renewable electricity and biodiesel.
