We will be learning how to use some of the “unusual” produce you might see at the grocery store. Come to learn (and show) how to create some wonderful summer dishes at the cooking demonstration at 3 pm, and then stay for dinner. Or show up at 5:30 pm with a dish to share and an appetite.
